Hello from Wales!

I thought I'd better introduce myself after absorbing so much valuable information from your forums over the past few months. Thank you all. You've been a big help.

Right - I'm a Welshman who enjoys sea fishing, mountain biking and, my absolute favourite, watching Columbo (70's episodes only).

I've smoked the occasional cigar over the years but mostly on snazzy nights out or at celebrations. Never really savouring the cigar nor appreciating it for the wonderful thing it is. That's changed.

I'm getting to grips with what I like and what I don't like. More importantly I'm just relaxing and enjoying a good cigar as and when time permits. Actually, just read this through again. It's Wales. When weather permits.

Just looked up NC Panthers (forgive my ignorance). My uncle used to work as an engineer in NC. I believe he lived either in Charlotte or nearby. Small world.

Born in Carmarthen and raised (without getting specific) in a small village near Cross Hands.

I have actually frequented your blog and YouTube videos many times for information. Nice job dude - very helpful. Believe it or not my first serious cigar, whilst sat on a bench watching the Towy roll by, was an ERDM Choix Supreme, and that was after watching your video review.

It would be nice to meet up at the Beer Festival. I could really do with some cigar advice from an aficionado like yourself and I definitely need someone to point me in the direction of cigar friendly venues in Carmarthenshire and The Diff.
