Then you're planning to attend Feb 2016? Habanos Festival is always in February. I've never been but have gone to the opening and closing events at the 2013 Partagas Festival. Different in scope in terms of releases but possibly similar in terms of setup , venues, format, etc. In short, the opening night was glorious. Cathedral Square in Old Havana, great ambiance, decent custom rolls and new releases, good entertainment, OK food, etc. Closing night was the Tropicana and it was a funeral in comparison. Though we did get some good cigars and lots of rum to drink.
