Hunter1974 Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 Has anyone ever timed a real pro rolling a box ? I know time will vary because of size . If you have done this please post time rolled and cigar size . Enquiring minds wanna know .
Ryan Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 It takes a cigar roller about 4 minutes to roll a cigar, including wrapper. Size doesn't make much of a difference, maybe 30 seconds either way. Salomones and diademas do take longer, about 5 minutes. 2
Ryan Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 Cigar rollers don't roll boxes. The contents of boxes are made up of the work of multiple rollers after the cigars are sorted by colour. Rollers make between 80 and 120 cigars per day. Diademas, maybe 60. 2
