In this case the cop is the reporter who wrote his own story, more than likely cause the publication asked him too.

FYI those riots where nothing more than an excuse to steal **** and destroy stuff. The people that got their lives ruined were the innocent shop owners who had their businesses burnt down and looted.

I wish I could have "liked" this 1,000 times. The officers involved were out of line, and deserved to answer for what they did, but the actions of the rioters was even more disgusting. It is no different than the current rioters every other week. "I'm upset and the only thing that will make me feel better is to steal stuff and burn buildings."
