Where to Smoke in Dublin

Hi - going to be in Dublin for a bit, would appreciate any feedback on a good place to enjoy a cigar. Plan on stopping in at James Fox, but doesn't appear to have a lounge.

No legal smoking in any of the cigar shops here.

The only legal indoor smoking here are prisons, psychiatric hospitals and some hotel rooms.

Quite a few pubs, hotels and restaurants have decent heated outdoor areas though.

Heated is necessary, it's close to freezing here now at night time.

When we meet up here for a smoke it's usually McGrattans, nice smoking area, doesn't really feel like outside.
