joshua84 Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 Dear Moderator, please remove this post if you think it is inappropriate. Hi guys, Just thought of sharing it with my favourite forum. I just stumbled across an Indiegogo project which I also contributed. It’s an all Bluetooth smart tire pressure monitoring system called FOBO Tire that works directly with the smartphone and even when the vehicle’s ignition is switched off. It’s really cool and I think you guys should check it out. It has a nice video as well. The url is http://igg.me/at/fobo For me, I think it's a brilliant idea because the TPMS in my car does not show a pressure reading and it only works when I'm driving. I have checked out before the TPMS that is installed in the tires and I didn't buy those since it was more expensive and I had to get it done by professionals. Would love to know what most of you think. For me, having additional data on your vehicle, especially your tires is a no-brainer safety factor cause I had driven with a severely under-inflated tire (and it was brand new) and basically killed it in a week's drive. That car of mine did not have any TPMS installed. Video below as well. regards,Joshua. 2

joshua84 Posted September 5, 2014 Author Posted September 5, 2014 I don't think so. There's nothing there that is dependent on which side your steering wheel is.

paulF Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Thanks for the link. This can be very handy for us motorcyclists too. I check Tyre pressure religiously before hitting the twisties and this seems to be very handy!
