Smoke places in Russia

In Russia you can't smoke in places where you can buy drinks or food, but you know rules are rules, but people are people. So, there are some places in each big city where you can get everything. And if somebody will go to Russia, ask me and perhaps I can help you. I'm a member of Russian cigar forums and we can exchange hidden information to each other

Actually the laws are quite liberal here. Many places one can still smoke.

Good for you! In Russia that kind of places are illegal or semi legal. Hope my place will open in a month
