Seems like last year there was a tax revision in Europe concerning Cuba's status, and consequently no annual increase in the cost of cigars,at least that I noticed.

Is there going to be an annual price rise this year..........

I haven't been informed of one. We normally have 3-6 months notice.

Aussies however get a 12.5% duty increase in November (from memory). The duty rate goes to $572 a kilogram.

Well I heard laundry workers get $390,000 a year in OZ at the LNG plants. If it was on the news it must be true.

Those are offshore rates and yes they are ridiculous and unsustainable. Land based in mining is more like $200000 which is actually not a lot compared to the hours worked. 12-14 hour days for a month at a time, the hourly rate is kinda average to me

There are no annual increases. Last one from Habanos was about 18 months ago and before that maybe a decade...maybe even more.

Good to know as NCs wholesale prices have been going up every year.
