I'm guessing there was some heavy artistic influence, otherwise I am amazed how well the Planetary "sounds" (I wouldn't know how they converted these things) match up with for example ancient lore associated with these planetary names. Well, my impression of the sound anyway. I might be deluded. Just a few quick examples... You can hear jet-engine type sounds from the Uranus one (the planet in astrology associated with modern weapons and technology, or otherwise Father Sky), Saturn sounds like Death and Sterility, Neptune sounds inviting and watery. uranus neptune saturn
