El Presidente Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I had a good chance to go through the remaining aged stock and managed to pick the eyes out of it for members. As we all know aged/vintage stock can be a crap shoot so let's take a look at what remains. I will do it progressively. If you would like to secure a box, contact Diana [email protected]
El Presidente Posted July 20, 2014 Author Posted July 20, 2014 Hoyo De Monterrey Churchills USP MAR 01 I have three boxes of these remaining and they were a surprise/highlight. Excellent condition + wrappers + construction. I would put each of them at HQ. I don't think there is another Churchill that delivers more cream to the smoking experience. They need to be aged and with 13 years age on these boxes they will be ready to go after a small rest in your humidor. There is no difference between the three boxes but I will put up pics of each to reinforce. $ 499 USD $ 699 AUD Box A Box B Box C
El Presidente Posted July 21, 2014 Author Posted July 21, 2014 Saint Luis Rey Regio (25's) PVC LROO (Dec 99) PAS MAR 01 Two cracker boxes. Construction is fine, wrappers excellent. The PVC I would put at HQ. The PAS at PSP. PVC LROOm SOLD $ 359 USD $ 599 AUD PAS MAR 01 $ 379 USD $ 625 AUD

El Presidente Posted July 21, 2014 Author Posted July 21, 2014 Punch Double Corona PAR JUL 00 PAS MAR 01 I am never overly confident with large format cigars from this period but I have to say these two specific boxes are excellent. 13 and 14 year old Punch Double Corona don't come about every day. $569 USD $929 AUD PAR JUL 00 PAS MAR 01 SOLD
El Presidente Posted July 21, 2014 Author Posted July 21, 2014 Punch Corona ONE LEFT NOSU-SS1 (1998) Each box that I have chosen is a mirror image of the picture below. Excellent quality. Not every day you get to enjoy a 16 year old box of cigars that are of very good quality. $ 399 USD $ 599 AUD 1
El Presidente Posted July 21, 2014 Author Posted July 21, 2014 Partagas Shorts 50 Cabinet LPR NOV 07 EMT OCT 07 A few good cabs of aged 2007 Partagas Shorts. You really can't go wrong here. $359 USD $699 AUD LPR NOV 07 (Box A) SOLD EMT OCT 07 (Box B ) SOLD
El Presidente Posted July 21, 2014 Author Posted July 21, 2014 Saint Luis Rey Regio 50 Cab EPR JUL 07 There is a little bit of magic about aging tobacco on tobacco. These are the cabs of Regio's I would spend my money on. Having tried two cigars now from my cab of 07, they remarkably still maintain that fruity aspect but there is an undercurrent of cloves/Anise. Coming along beautifully. $ 585 USD $ 999 AUD Cab A Cab B SOLD Cab C
