PigFish Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 cheers Ray. means a lot coming from the local forum Guru Cheers mate! You and I apparently think a lot alike. I did not want to post this idea of ignorance… I thought about it, but thought that it might make inferences and inflame a situation with some members that would not have been my actual intent. I started to pound on my desk, when I read what you wrote. Bravo… I shun the concepts of gurus by the way! I know that you meant it to be a complement… Guru's ARE the guys that got us here debating this stuff. I am just another Mutha F'r that love his cigars and enjoys pondering the mysteries of life… 1
PigFish Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 … oh, and the hot boxing idea was an offshoot of the same topic… Dry boxing. I simply tried to point those who have a problem with high rH and no means to reduce it. It is on another of many dry box threads. Hot boxing is an alternative… If you cannot drop rH then raise temperature. It is all about using physics to force the migration of water. Cigars are not water… Water affects them, but they don't emulate the way water behaves… It is more the inverse. Understanding this opens a whole new world of cigar storage understanding. I wish to spread this understanding. Ribs… ribs… off to ribs!!! -LOL 1
