Eric,maybe Claus(Lotusguy) can shed more light on your request as he travels frequently to Germany.

Just recently I went to in the web of the LCDH Stuttgart(my hometown) to check on the prices of CC's as a good friend of mine is coming to Canada for a visit and he asked what he can bring me.Lucky me I didn't mentionened to him cigars.The LCDH in Stuttgart was asking for the sticks in Euros what I would pay in Dollars at Rob's.Good luck anyways.
