Profile notes in general are interesting and helpful but shouldn't be taken as gospel. You must incorporate your own experience in the mix, even if it's a short experience.

I mean, if you light up a SCDLH with the idea of "molasse" in mind, I garantee you will find that taste in your cigar…

I agree. I don't have the most refined palet, so I thought I could use it to try to narrow in on flavors others define. Such as "dank forrest floor" or "red wine tannins". It just help me visualize what others are describing.
