Laxman Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 Recently tried a few RE and LE's from 2013 and was quite impressed. Over the years I have stayed away from them and focused more on stocking up on quality regular production, plus the fact that I had not had anything in the RE or LE category that blew me away and was worth the high price tag. As I have not tried many RE or LE's I was wondering how people would rank there top 5 RE's for 2013 and top 5 LE's for the year. And if any totally blew you away.

Some of the older and still fairly easy to find REs are worth the extra coin imo though. One you can find easily here and occasionally discounted is the PL Encantos. Nice stick, nice size, about $10, not a bank breaker.

Maxismoke Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 I've had 4 Grandiosos out of 2 different boxes. All 4 were wind tunnels. Even with a small V-cut the resistance was close to zero. Anyone else experienced this?

I had one a few weeks ago that was a gift, and I immediately ordered a box. These are very good now, and I'm going to try and resist smoking them all within the year... Ha ha. ehdg Posted January 20, 2014 Posted January 20, 2014 Don't recall trying any of the 13 EL's but of the RE's from '13 I'm a big fan of the LFDC Asian and England release's.
