Duxnutz Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Active humidification with WIFI access! http://halfwheel.com/press-release-next-generation-humidifiers-cigar-oasis/
Wil Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Very cool. Imagine it would be useful when traveling OS. Wonder if it monitors temp?
warren516 Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 From the article: And last, but certainly not least; all units can now be connected to an optional Wi-Fi module, which provides access to the unit via website or smartphone apps for both IOS and Android users. This module will allow the user to monitor the current humidity and temperature reading, as well as view a recorded history of previous readings.
BehikeLover2 Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Active humidification with WIFI access! http://halfwheel.com...rs-cigar-oasis/ Self build humidification devices offer that since a long time. For example here: https://thingspeak.c...5983#publicview The livefeed from a BOTL

The cigar oasis is simple plug and play so I'd go for that much quicker than having to learn what all it would entail on the do it yourself side.

But if you dont have time or the nerve...sure you best of buying something.
OkieJoe Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 seems like overkill. What if you are OS, and you realize that your humidity is low? You will prob call a friend to go by and fill it up. Ill just plan for that in advace and have someone come by and check on it. lol
Armaniac Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Nice, I am a fan of anything that makes control and monitoring easier!
