Partages Serie P No.2 (MAR 13)

I'd like to start off by thanking Hiro for sending me this and telling you all that this is my first review so take it easy on me.

Construction/appearance: The construction was great, no soft spots, it had a nice oily wrapper and the aroma coming off this stick was amazing.

1/3: This cigar started off mild/medium for me not giving me any spice on the retro-hale, but the flavors were amazing for a young cigar, it was salty on the lips which stayed throughout the entire smoke, and the flavor profile was sweet and leathery.

2/3: Moving into the the second third it picked up in strength and the leather faded away, I started getting dried fruit and some spice.

3/3: The cigar ended off pleasantly but it would still give me a reminder every few draws that it was still young, it returned to that nice sweet and salty leather that in started off on which was very nice and it ended a touch over medium strength.

rating: I have to give it a 91 just because it is still young but with a few years on it I bet it could easily be a 93-95 cigar.

Hey Elias,

Nice review, I've got three of those sitting in my humi waiting for their turn to burn. :-)

Only suggestion I'd make is to replace the word "odor" with "aroma."

Otherwise, if you know the box year that could be helpful. Thanks for the write-up!

good job on the review, once you start smoking more cigars and partagas in general you'll find this a very mild and not that flavorful compared to the others in the lineup, especially d4s with age

Nice review! I have a box of these at home, but I think they're duds. Bought them from a vendor based on the cheaper price, and while I know they're legit, they just don't have the typical Party flavors. Burns issues, weak construction. Seems like I got the bottom of the barrel
