Philski
Those were great! I remember this one very clearly - was at the match, saw Ackford fall like a sack of spuds (he was out for a while, too), and also not being able to leave the field without support:
Guest rob
The baseball punch ups got me thinking..... Why is that a pitch directed at the body in baseball ends up in brawling, but I've never seen the same in cricket. For those not watching, a series called The Ashes is being playing in Australia right now (between Australia and England) and there has been a vicious display of past bowling by Australian bowler Mitch Johnson - its been awesome! However, it never even looks like a fight is on the cards... Even after there been connection with helmets, rib age, throat, hands, shoulder..... The batsmen actually like like rabbits in the headlights.

I guess the cricketeers probably don't wish to soil their white cardigans, and get dirt under their fingernails, which might taint the watercress finger sandwiches...... Guest rob
Actually, the guys in cricket getting hit by a 150 km/h ball to the ribs or head usually, more often than not end up trying to give the impression they were entirley unaffected either physically or mentally. To do so would be a sign of weakness!
Fuzz
Baseballers are too hotheaded on the field. A cricketer just walks it off with a "Is that the best you got?" attitude.

Cohiba Stevie
Im surprised how many rugby fights were in that video... And rugby is meant to be more civilised than football?
