Limited production beers-Odell Brewery

So I went to Fort Collins Colorado and went on a brewery tour of Odell Brewing. Phenominal brewery, friendly people who LOVE making beer. Took us three hours and three glasses of porter to make it through the tour. Talked extensively on their product, ingredients, where they get it, brewing process. Most of which they are more than happy to share with home brewers like myself. I spoke with them in duration about their Cellar Series which is their experimental stuff that normally comes from employees brewing at home and bring in recipes to try and tweak. Often they are infused with fruit, whisky, bourbon, other beers etc. They age them in barrels and taste them continuously until they feel they are ready for release. ABV will range typically from 6-12% and all are tasty. (These beers are awesome on their own and would be phenominal with a stick)

When we were done with the tour I really wanted to try one. However, the only way you can try one is at the brewery and you have to buy a full 750ml bottle at about $20 a bottle which they seem not to have a problem selling. One of their seriese (Woodcut) they release them by number and at the time they were at no#7 so I bought a bottle of that and a bottle of their DeConstruction. I finally cracked one open about a month after I left with some friends. Gotta say it was worth every penny and more. The Woodcut was sweet with the flavor of apricots and was told that flavor came from the yeast they used. Both were easily two of my top ten beers on my list. Would love to try the others http://odellbrewing.com/beers/ but not wanting to drive to Fort Collins Co anytime soon. I guess the point of this thread, has anyone else been lucky enough to try a local craft brewer specialty beer like this that is not available outside of their region? If so, discrption?
