kuma
Would like members input about this smoke. A friend of mine gave me a couple of d4 sticks the other day and I could not help noticing that the head of the cigar was totally flat. The construction (wrapper/weight/color/smell at cold) looked great. Upon lighting and smoking this fine looking cigar I was more than happy with the taste. The flat head threw me a curve, I had never seen that before on a smoke. Truly thought it was a fake smoke. Any thoughts on this would be very helpful. Rye
Happens lots with some brands, and cane an it was rolled with an inverted pigtail. A sign of a good roll!
ramon_cojones
I find that CCs typically have flatter heads on the larger RGs where it's more pronounced as opposed to NCs I used to smoke many moons ago tended to be more round. Also, the fakes I've seen tend to be more conical as well.
