My team "The Bucs" have had some decent acquisitions particularly in the secondary but it will all come down to see if josh Freeman fires in his contract year at QB. The Muscle Hamster Doug Martin will need to replicate his outstanding rookie season and Revis will need to change our secondary from the second worst in the country. Hafner32 Posted September 4, 2013 Share Posted September 4, 2013 As a lifelong Eagles fan I have endured through missed opportunities, the Rich Kotite years, Donavan McNabb throwing up in the huddle of an NFC Championship Game, Andy Reid not being able to win the big game, and now my hopes rest on an aging Michael Vick learning plays from a supposed "evil genius" ex-college coach. Stanislaw Posted September 4, 2013 Share Posted September 4, 2013 ahhh the start of the NFL season.... when experts won't stop giving you their opinions via every media outlet imaginable and no one really knows how an entire team will gel against opponents until after week one.... as a lifelong Bears fan, I feel the pain you all speak of and truly we won't know for sure but one thing we always do is believe.... you have to believe, dammit!! heheheheh.... that being said, I anxiously await sunday to see if the former CFL offensive "quarterback specialist" Coach Trestman can bring some life to this offense and make Jay Cutler (Tony Romo's twin brother, sadly) a superstar in this league.... but our defense is still going to be good....
