Ken Gargett Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 we've seen the idiot selectors bring back the thug and despite endlessly telling everyone how we need to give a spinner a chance to establish himself so the most promising prospect we have had in ages is dropped after two tests. then watson does the usual. gets to 19 and then goes. but having watched that video review decision against usman i'm turning over to watch 'hornblower'. lost interest. if that was honest, i'll swim to the UK. that is utterly utterly disgraceful. it is beyond mere incompetence (and if it was, how the hell does the ICB allow someone that inept to hold that position?). i don't believe it was honest. mind you, i see where two of the owners of the 20crap have been exonerated by the indian cricket board. the fact that the bloke doing the investigating was looking into his own son-in-law didn't seem to bother anyone. seriously, the mafia would aspire to be as brazenly dishonest as that mob. not even kcrap can match them. if you don't have faith in the honesty of a sporting contest, not much point watching it (not suggesting this was anything underhand by england but for whatever reason the grub appointed to the drs had for making that decision, i will never believe he did so honestly)..

The batsmen need to be able to give the Aussie bowlers more than three hours' break between England's second and third innings. Given the way DRS is treating us this English summer, cheap wickets in the second innings is not an option.
