Although i started quite a bit of prep for the 4th. The menu is bellow. 1st Beet Carpaccio and Baby Bibb Lettuce Salad with Ricotta Salata and Pistachio Vinaigrette 2nd Chive Crusted Petrale Sole with Summer Corn Sautéed Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes English Pea Velouté Here come the pics of some of the prep work, plating and final presentation Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
