Natedog Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 I had a nearly empty house tonight so it gave me a chance to get a "little" more intricate with my plate presentation. Although i started quite a bit of prep for the 4th. The menu is bellow. 1st Beet Carpaccio and Baby Bibb Lettuce Salad with Ricotta Salata and Pistachio Vinaigrette 2nd Chive Crusted Petrale Sole with Summer Corn Sautéed Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes English Pea Velouté Here come the pics of some of the prep work, plating and final presentation
