Freefallguy Posted May 31, 2013 Posted May 31, 2013 Don Ayala’s prognostication of his retirement days echoed all too familiarly, prompting me to go into the archives: Gnoshing on morning caught red snapper ceviche whilst prepping rod, reel and flies... Casting into a receding tide, with a 25 knot wind to his six... Vicarron, signature dish of Nicaragua, served by Consuela... Libations... I'm no match at the table with an Aussie mate, thus, I paid my dues. There’s no other explanation for this... An overnight on the deck in a Mayan hammock... Now, there’s a great story behind the hammock pic; over to our esteemed Presidente for his version and then back to me “por la verdad.”

As for the hammock ....I locked myself out of your "Rancho Relaxo" .....I may have had a few drinks....The hammock looked good at 1-2-3 am. It was a mistake. Nicaraguan roosters started at 3am....apparently the concept of crowing at dawn means nothing to them ....to this day if I ever see rooster on the menu...I order it

And that hammock shot makes you look like you just wove your own little cocoon! Aren't pretty butterflies meant to emerge from cocoons, not severely hungover Aussies?
