So im back at work, have some time to myself and thought i'd put up a few words (well a novel or two) about the cigar im smoking tonight. It's a non-cuban, so forgive me. Its a God of Fire Carlito Churchill from 2008.

When i bought this box they smelled awesome. Unfortuantely one of the stick in this box arrived at my door with beetles in it. After freezing the rest of the sticks and monitoring for some months all is good i nth world. I had one from this box a while ago, have given a few out to mates etc and have one with a pretty shthouse wrapper that i decided to take to work to become a martyr.

Im over the moon as i only recently found a way to move my laptop about 10 cm outside my room so that i can smoke outside while browing the web etc. Currently my room looks like a kenyan power pole with wires hanging everywhere and stuck to walls etc with the mother of all tools, duct tape. Last time i tried this i had made the mistake of leaving the light in my room on, and all the insects went into my room and drove me insane the whoel night with grasshoppers etc flying around my room all night.

This particular cigar has been passed around like a 2 dollar lady boy at work because it literally tasted like a mars bar before the foot had fire touch it. All the guys at work were facinated by it, and i didn't remember this from the last one i smoked.

I have an empty cable reel as my table and i jsut saw a small snake slither underneath it. I've named it Shaniqua. I wouldnt so much call it a snake, rather a large worm. The cigar is pure mocha with a stronger choclate taste through the nose, just awesome! Its better than the last NC i had (a Padron) which im pretty sure is used in wind tunnel testing for mark webbers F1 aerodynamics engineering.

Im trying ot be careful not to blow too much smoke back into my room as they are setup to trip the whole block if the smoke detector i none room goes off. My neighbours loved me for it when i did last time.

Im smoking this mother of a cigar tonight after we got told today that the good redundancy payment we were told we would get might not happen now as our company is mergingand depending on who is running the place after the merger, we may be left with stock standard FWA redundancy package. This accompanied with the half bonus we got tald about earlier on the month has meant worker moralle is at an all time high (sarcasm really doesnt convey well through text). Still lots of mocha flavours but i think they have got a bit sweeter, almost like added honey. The burn is goign a bit wonky but a bit of rolling is sorting it out no worries. Such are the calamities of first world problems.

Ive been struggling with my winador this week as the humidity in my week at home (in Perth) was higher than 70% and my humi is not good at removing humidty. I'll have to see what to do with it, 3/4 way through still enjoying it. It's wierd, it has nice strong flavour, but the finish is not strong at all, and leaves the mouth nice and "clean".

Anyway, im sure you guys dont want to hear any more of my ramblings, so ill call it a night and go to bed. I just tried swatting away a few moths from the computer screen and killed one aand squashed it all over the screen, i need one of those "No animals were harmed in the making of..." disclaimers. I have about an inch to go and it's getting a bit bitter so ill end this pleasant smoke there.

Happy smoking all.
