Ginseng
Hey Guys, My wife would like to get an immersion mixer to try new approaches to prep. I figured a few of you might have some experience to draw upon. So, can you tell me about your experience with IMs and recommend ones to look at or avoid? ChanceSchmerr
Hey Wilkey, My Wife loves her Cuisinart Hand-Held Immersion mixer.....she uses it for soups mainly so far (we've had it less than a year, was a wedding gift on our registry) but it really does work like a charm. Highly recommended.
Cohiba Stevie
Cuisinart and kenwood make excellent ones, the key is to get one with a deep inverted bowl so it dosent over blitz or spray it everywhere
Ginseng
By bowl, do you mean the thing the blade is in?
