Ryan Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 From now until February 15 midnight (Cuba time), if you want to top up their mobile (cell) phone for them Cubacel will double the amount. Cuban Mobile phones can be topped up online, cysend.com is one operator.

bolivr Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 I used cysend.com and it worked fine. Fees were a bit steep, about AUD 4 to send CUC 10 to a Cuban cell phone account.
