Loki, I used to be a running dog. That is, I loved to run. After numerous injuries, I had to give up the road work. Hence the X (ex). Now I'm confined to the treadmill and other machines. It's not that great a screen name, but I've used it for a number of years and people know me by it. I guess I'm stuck with it.:-)
