While it breaks my heart and would bring a tear to a glass eye for me to have to expose the nefarious actions of our Prez, I can remain silent no longer. Truth must out. Those who have followed the fishing on the forum will be only too aware that none of Rob’s friends have ever seen him catch a fish. It is always, ‘they are around the corner’ or ‘I just released them’ or ‘they were on before you got here’ or ‘after’. We just smile and sadly shake our heads. No shame in not being able to fish (well, actually there is but he does try). So when I saw the photos on the posting ‘Lazy Friday in Brisbane’, no one was more delighted than myself to see Rob finally with a fish. But there was something that didn’t quite add up (not just that Rob had caught a fish). On closer examination, I began to wonder why all the guys are in t-shirts or no shirts and Rob is rugged up like an Arctic expedition. Why the guy behind Rob appears in no other photos. Why the boat looks different. You faked a fishing photo! How low can we go! Rob, how can I keep convincing the guys that the Cohibas you are shipping are not the same ones you picked up on the streets of Havana for $20 a box. Oh, the shame. Rob, we know that you have tried (and failed) to learn to fish but why don’t you just ask one of your friends. We’d all love to help. But please, no more fishgate!

On re-examination, I noticed as well that there is blue trim below the gunwhales in Rob's pic, but curiously, no blue trim in any other pic!!?? Oh the shame. :no:

I blame Global Warming for the march of this fish into the temperate waters off the Gold Coast. We had wind and shower squals on the day which is the reason I was wearing the rain jacket. I have nothing to hide

I have a friend just like Rob here in TN and he is a hunting addict like me, but you can not believe a word he says. If he tells you to hunt the ridge aviod it and sit the flat all day long. If he says he killed three deer he has not seen a thing. Ain't seed nottin, means killed a herd. Some guys will lie when the truth would serve them better.
