Whats with the big price drop on the CPEs?

Chatter has been mostly that it's a BHK price for a non-BHK experience, from what I have been told re dinner and release. However, it is a Cohiba, who knows how these will be in 10 years? These have been sitting for a while, they might actually be in the dumb period...Art, or anyone who knows, when were these all rolled?
