Really? A fact claimed by directly quoting Wikipedia? Hmm. Might be time to hit the library. While the 1830 stuff may be partially accurate it is no way proximate to the events surrounding the Alamo. It is a very interesting timeline and really worth the effort, no matter on which side one falls.

More controversial is the Hidalgo treaty following the war, but we can hijack another thread for that one.

I'm down for that. I have intentions into coming to SA anyway, and you should focus your search on the Dallas area as a priority anyway!!!!

I say for the main event 9-11 or 23-25 parameters, unless people need to do it during the week.
