Hanging at Lothar's for rum, Habanos, and meat

Hey folks,

There's going to be a get together at my favorite master butcher's place on Friday September 28 in Purcellville in norther Virginia. It'll be a low key schmooze with meat, Cuban rum, and of course, fine Habanos. If any folks think they might like to make it, please feel free to drop me a line for more details. Lothar Erbe is a classically apprenticed and trained master butcher and he and his wife host a regular "end of the week" hangout that begins around 5:00 PM.
