bolivr Posted September 5, 2012 Share Posted September 5, 2012 Hi Nim Assume you are going to Bangkok. I enjoyed the LCDH at the Mandarin Oriental. Nice courtyard too. Cigar prices not a bargain, I prefer to take my own. On Phuket, Patong beach I did not find anywhere special but it was ok to smoke pretty much everywhere. Enjoy! At hotel breakfast, on the beaches, in nightclubs on rented boats, around the pool areas, whenever we had lunch or dinners.
