Beaver's Animal Rescue

This week saw some animal action here in the forest. One was a saving sitch:

^^ baby mourning dove, where our tree guy who happened to be on site was actually able to go up 30 feet and put this little guy back in his/her nest.

This one, was crawling around in our wall in our bedroom driving us nuts at night. It is a flying squirrel. Yes there is such a thing, not just like in Rocky and Bullwinkle.

He got released about 15 minutes away. So he was saved too, unlike another one earlier who was not so lucky in a trap, RIP.
