Had a rack of ribs, decided to do a quick charcoal smoking job on 'em for dinner. Used some apple, cherry, and hickory for the smoke. Used kosher salt and pepper for seasoning. Cooked them for 20 mins. Wrapped up some fresh corn with kosher salt and butter. Yum! Watched the closing cermonies and had a nice LGC MdO #2 for dessert with some Cruzan Blackstrap rum. Not a bad way to spend a Sunday night. :)
