sent the previous piece of nonsense to a mate who passed it on to a mutual friend. this response came back in respect of his wife's buisiness. all names deleted but i know the people involved so no reason to doubt it. .for those offshore, nab is one of our very largest international banks.

She used to have a manual credit card zapper and cancelled it with nab.

She then asked to reinstate it 6 months later and applied to use an EFTPOS. It was refused. The RM said because she didn't have a line of credit with nab. She said she didn't want one and the guy said until one was approved the system would not allocate the EFTPOS accounts details.

So I went to see the nab guy and applied for a Business Line of Credit for $0.00.

It was approved. We have a congratulatory letter approving $0.00 from nab.

And then she got the EFTPOS. We draw down the $0.00 account frequently....!!!!

Having worked for NAB, I'm not really surprised. The things I saw when I was there would make you wonder why you would trust a bank with your money.
