Ken Gargett Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 at least, to all those not still catatonic.... that was the biggest choke since greg norman caved that final day. and to all our waratah fans, at least your origin team looked like a footy side, not a rabble. we in qld wish your current administrators many years in the job. they make ours look like geniuses.
KurtE Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Nothing beats the biggest choke of all time - St.Kilda winning 19 straight games then 20 of 22 and losing the grand final
riazp Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 You know, there was a AFL game on tv here a few weeks back...someone needs to explain aussie rules football to me...it seems like there are no rules...just run, kcik the ball whereever you want and then try to kick it through uprighs for a score...
Guest rob Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Lol, KG! Yes, very embarrassed. Dismal terrible effort. The front page of the paper said it all.....heads hanging in shame!
frenchkiwi Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Brumbies did well to be anywhere near the playoffs with their team sheet. Their odds would have been amazing pre-season. Terrific effort on balance. Losing Lealiafano didn't help at crunch time of season. Reds can thank their lucky stars after terrible effort for 2/3 of the season. Playing regularly against the Force and the Rebels as well. and thank Sanzar for the new conference format. Sharks are in a similar position - average season but came right at the right time. They are poor travellers though... and without Steyn, Lambie...? hopefully they have enough fight in them to make for a good game.
