bassman Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 Stopping back in at FOH. Heard about Guy & wanted to offer prayers for him & his family. I'd been in a bit of a funk, as after 35 years I was no longer able to play bass due to a painful hand issue. I've had surgery & am now on the mend. Hope to be able to play with the band at my college's Alumni Weekend in June. As for cigars, I can't believe how good the 2011 Bolivar Corona Juniors are. Been smoking one almost every day.
ChanceSchmerr Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 Steve! Good to hear from you, Brother! I owe you a big long email, it's been too long - I've barely been active myself on here the last little while. Being at sea for weeks doesn't help. Glad to hear you are on the mend - hopefully that'll be the last of the hand problems you'll have now! Keep one eye out on your email, Once I am back from sea, I will be able to catch up more fully! Take care man!
Wicky Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Thanks for the heads up on the BCJs. Maybe bass players are good for something!

mazolaman Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 I'd be lost without my guitar, so can relate to your funk. Welcome back mate.
maverickdrinker Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 Glad to see you back bro. Hope that hand heals quickly so that you can beat on that bass guitar stronger than ever.
CanuckSARTech Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Steve, cheers. Nice to see a familiar name around again, although one of the circumstances around that isn't what any of us would want. Hope to see you around here more often, and best wishes on a seamless recovery for you in getting back to playing again. Cheers.
