CanuckSARTech Posted May 15, 2012 Posted May 15, 2012 Last I weighed myself, at the start of the month, 258.2 lbs. Yup. This month sucked. But, my muscle mass is actually going up, and my running times are getting waaaay better too. I hope it's just muscle conversion that's causing this up-tick....

This has got me a little stressed out. Excuses, excuses... blah blah... The good news is I have to commute to keep my job so all of my food money will be going to fuel my car.
