Monte 2 GR

Good mornin' FOH,

I'll be in Cuba next week and am interested in buying a box of the Monte 2 GRs. I'm not sure where to buy them though. Any help and suggestions would be super! Thanks in advance guys and ladies.

Been there last month.

There were Monte GR only at the Hostal Conde de Villanueva at calla de mercaderas in the old town.

haven't seen them at the Nacional nor at the mellia cohiba

Where in Cuba are you headed? I know many botls who were there over the past couple months and not a single box was found anywhere...

I would guess your best bet would be Havana or MAYBE Varadero, but honestly, I'd suggest having a back up plan in case you can't find them.

This was my experience in March as well -- didn't see any Monte GRs anywhere in Havana or in Pinar del Rio. There are many LCDHs and Tiendas del Tabaco in Havana. So unless your goal is to hit them all anyway, I would do as miamipadronsmoker suggests and call around before you go shopping.
