Diamondog Posted February 10, 2012 Posted February 10, 2012 when i was staying with friends in toronto, recovering from the latest attempt by a sealbashers' hospital to kill me, i went along to a game of canadian football. i honestly tought they were joking when they said that was what we were doing. if i recall, and it is a long tiome ago, only three downs not four? they'd be doing themselves a favour to get in line. i actually quite enjoyed myself, though anything was better than yet another night in a canadian hospital. Ken the hospitals have improved here greatly since the 50's...
Ishmael Posted February 11, 2012 Posted February 11, 2012 Play as a Colt or retire a Colt. Anywhere else just would feel right.
NMJoe Posted February 11, 2012 Posted February 11, 2012 The wife is a huge fan of the Colts and she doesn't want to see him go. However, we both think that he should retire. Not because he can't still bring the wood, but rather, is the love of the game (or the massive amount of jack) worth paralysis? It's his life and his body, but I think I'd go out with my health (easy for me to say; I'm not in his shoes). Either way, I wish him well. Joe
