FlyFishingDude Posted January 12, 2012 Posted January 12, 2012 Well, the day started a little like this. A 7 lb Prime Rib and a few cigars.... After a little smoke and 4 hrs of cooking....Wrapping it up and letting it rest for a bit. Came out looking pretty good with a hint of smoke. All in all a good day.
