I'm in, knee surgery and ah he'll the injury list is too long, but I need to drop a couple pants sizes.

Now where did I put that scale!

Not like ya"ll have anything to worry about I never win anything, but it would be nice for some skinny runt to find what I loose!

Sounds like a great idea Rob. Heading to Cuba in April and need to shed a few pounds so I can strap on a few extra boxes :D

This "fatwacker" I mean bastard is in! Need to drop down to a more comfortable weight and try and keep it off. Glad I have a couple more days of gluttony ahead of me and then try and melt it off. Being from families that like to cook and drink its hard to stay skinny. I think it going to be the drinking thing more than anything . I'm usually a case a beer a week and 1/2 a 26 or better.

Friendship, Fraternity, Laughter, Loyalty....no Tossers no Wankers.

People can post a body shot if they wish. I need to see a close up of the scales.

Call me naive but I trust FOH members. thumbsup.gif

I'm all for the no full body shots Rob, but with a free box of cigars involved there may be a few extra sweaters put on by some folks for the scales shots.

As you may remember from your trip to Dublin, my weight is real !

Is there an accompanying "Low Calorie Cigars" thread ? :teacher:

so you wait until i go through hell to lose 6 kgs in two months and THEN announce the competition. just sick.

was i just dreaming or was there a pic of you in your undergruds that just flashed up on the site banner. if you have lost all of that gut in 2 months then rob should just post before and after pics and use you as the poster child to advertise this comp. and give you a free box now.

p.s. i should also say you were cheating - illness was the easy weight loss option. hopefully you're over what sounded like a nightmare year and you can start enjoying the good things in life again!

I'll join! I quit smoking cigarettes in Dec. 2010 and weighed about 65kg(145Lbs) Now, about 13 months later, I'm at about 84kg(185Lbs). Id like to get back down to about 68kg.(150Lbs).

Brilliant idea Rob, and a most generous one at that. Best of luck everyone

living longer & a better quality of life was never good enough motivation... but I'm cynical enough to think a free box of cigars will work...
