Punch punch from 09s

Never have tried the punch Marca and have just ordered a box from czars that is from 09. What should I be expecting from these and how have they been these last 2 years. Any comments are appreciated.

Picked up a 10 box (tubos) from 09 a few months back myself. Have had a few so far and overall been fairly underwhelmed. Very uninspiring and generally leave me unsatisfied. Had higher hopes for these and one of the three I have had was certainly much better but for now I am letting them rest for a while to see if they might find some of the panache that has warranted some very positive reviews from others in the past. One of my favourite sizes and the draw and construction has been admirable on all of them so far but that is about it. Hope you have much better luck with yours. Interested to hear your opinion once you have tried them.

Seems like most people get these in the tubos. Hope I have better luck with the dress box.

Rob and friends posted a review a couple of months ago. I don't think it was a 2009, but Rob had some interesting thoughts about the Punch Punch in general.

I had a box and was trying to figure out who I could give them to.

Never had a 09 but had a 08 dress box without a single enjoyable stick, just plain mild creamy sticks. I suspect they lacked any ligero in them. Aged them for some time but without any success, so currently keeping far away from any thing Punch Punch.

There were rumors somewhere that PP and SLR Serie A were the same sticks , but IMHO a totally different animal.

In the other hand the DC is pure bliss, weird how they can produce diamonds and turds the same time.
