Thanksgiving Day Cigars

This year i'm in charge of desserts and bread. Making homemade italian bread with chunks of hot and sweet sausage.

pumpkin cheesecake and sweet potato cheesecake and cannoli cream..

So what to pair with a feast.. thinking Siglo VI.

What are you smoking on Thanksgiving Day?

I will probably have a Lusitania or an Esplendido on the 2 hour drive to my parents house after cooking here for 200. Literally 200

My current stock isnt to diverse so Im probably going to enjoy either a RYJ Churchill or a Partagas PD4. Personally I really like both. Im hosting this year. We have a lot of food and a lot of family. Im looking forward to capping off a great day with a great smoke!

I would stay away from the siglo vis unless you have an aged box, as you can tell by my screen name I am somewhat of a Cohiba nut but I find the siglo vi just too boring, I think Cohiba and habansos sa have been riding on its status for too long and the cigar just doesn't provide enough. You should maybe go for the bhk52 or another robusto, I find robustos go well after a heavy meal as you can get a more open and relaxing draw once they are snipped.

I'm just picturing having the bred you described then having plenty of turkey followed by a RASS...

I am hosting Friendsgiving this year. We'll see how the mood strikes me. Only one other cigar smoker there except me and he trusts my selection 100%

Since we always have our Thanksgiving dinner at my sister's and she doesn't allow smoking inside the house I will, when I get home, probably have a non-Cuban just so I won't get too spoiled

Probably start the day with a short, an Alec Bradley Fine and Rare after dinner and If the Dolphins beat the Cowboys most likely a psp RASS. Hope I can raise my hands to smoke them all we have had frozen turkeys on sale for 24 cents a lb. all week at work.

Because I'm exclusively an outdoor smoker and it'll probably be on the cool side, I may stay with a Dip 4, Boli PC or Punch PC.

A Flor de Cano Short Robusto UK RE. Been looking forward to enjoying this cigar gifted by a friend to whom I'm grateful. Can't think of a better occasion to smoke it than Thanksgiving.

Since I'll be closing a deal the day before Thxgiving, I'll have much to celebrate. So I'm thinking of smoking a Cohiba Sublime or DC LE.
