bolivr Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 What are you smoking while watching the AFL grand final today? Well the mighty Cats are in the Grand Final again which calls for a special smoke. I do not know the box code of this baby but it is my first Churchill which makes it a good choice. What I do know is that it was bought at the Partagas factory in Havana back in April and hand carried by my sister-in-law all the way home. Bless her. Teamed with a James Squire Porter or 2. Settling in for a good game. Cheers!, Mike
Trevor2118 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 The band would make it a 2009 / 2010 production.
NJP Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 All I hope is Geelong are not beaten by 5 points or less The behind that was given as a goal. Bad form umpire.
rckymtn22 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Looks like Geelong is going to pull it off. 26 pt lead!
AntiVirus Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 So glad Geelong got up, I can't stand Collingwood!
bolivr Posted October 1, 2011 Author Posted October 1, 2011 So glad Geelong got up, I can't stand Collingwood! LOL, absolutely, a great win as it was not all one way through the game. The Pies put up some good football. I was thinking before the game that if the worst happened and Geelong lost it would be better to lose to the Hawks. The Punch went well too; toasty, bread flavours, very classy. Thanks Trevor for the info!!

I couldn't agree more, if Hawthorn were in the GF I don't think I would have cared about the result as much. To be honest I'm disappointed at how the non-victorian clubs performed this season excluding West Coast who generally played quality football, I might also add that looks like a tasty cigar!
rckymtn22 Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 Just watching a replay of the beginning of the game, what the heck is Meatloaf doing there? Couldn't the organizers find a more revelant band instead of a washed up 70's singer?
Tarks Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 I'm watching the replay. I don't understand the rules and I find it hard to follow. Both teams have damn near the same jerseys. LMAO. I'll stick to hockey.

Absolutely, I had to laugh when there were comments on the news later about the 'lackluster' performance by Meatloaf - hell, what were they expecting? It sure ain't 1978 any more lol Tarks, stick with it, watch a few more games when you can , it will grow on you. By hockey I guess you mean proper hockey on ice not grass. Agreed a hockey game is spectacular. In times gone by aussie football had nearly as many all-in brawls.
