great start to the season.

the glorious skins with a big win.

the hapless cowgirls not only losing but blowing a game they had won (that is even better than them just losing). and for the second opening day in a row.

on to the bowl!

Ken,

Not only did they win but they beat the hated Giants. Oh god how I love to make Eli Manning cry.

Impressive win for sure by the skins, Never saw that one coming to be honest. I'm very happy that my Jets managed to mount a comeback and pull out a victory.

Skins were a bit lucky that the Giants D was in disaray from injuries. A better secondary would have had a couple of picks as Grossman floated up a few passes that fortunately fell harmlessly to the ground.

Hail to the Redskins!

I have to wonder, watching Grossman in that game and given his history, whether his hands are too small for him to be a great quarterback. I pushed a few passes and the fumble was inexplicable, if typically Gross Wrecksman.

Loved Dallas getting beat!

The 'Skins are probably no better than an 8-8 team, despite a soft schedule, in my opinion based on their Giants and pre-season performances.

The Washington Post is reporting that by 8:00am this morning over 1500 fans had lined up at the box office to get Super Bowl pre-tickets. :rotfl:

they'd be buying them from cowgirls fans, wouldn't they?

had an old lusi the other day and loved it but hardly any time of late.

may take a few to nz for the cup.

most impressive for me was the defence. took a half to get into it then looked good. landry to come back. if grossman can settle, and they dodge too many injuries, they have to have a chance to sneak in low in the playoffs and then who knows. bit of luck, a few key injuries to others, the defence keeps up that 2nd half standard...

I had a mixed weekend.

One of my two teams won. HAIL to the Redskins, HAIL Victory...

But my Dolphins...alas...got filleted..or was that broiled.

Reckon that kid is about the right age for when Ken peed in the gene pool whilst working as a conveyance lawyer in DC. :rotfl:

He'll no doubt strenuously deny being a conveyance lawyer but I have it from top authority he indeed was.
