Trouble replying to a LFTH post.

I was trying to claim the Principe's from the following link LFTH Posting.

See screenshot below for actual error. I got this once I hit "Add Reply".

Not sure, but I think the double quotes circled in green may be the problem:

Your post is improperly formatted. You have 2 close quote tags but only one open quote tag. Sometimes this happens if you hit reply and then go on to edit the quote further. This is especially likely if you are nesting quotes.

That makes sence since the original post that Lisa put up was actually a quote. End result is a nested quote.
