Please help me by explaining why these 2 cigars are different even if they're the same cigar

They were bought at the same LCDH in Cuba, the double banded one in March from a box and the single banded one from a 3 pack bought in August.

I know by having read this post by Punch Joe (post) that the single brown band means it shoulb an old Mag 46, but the packaging of the 3 pack seems brand new (ie not worn).

I don't know what to think.

My tv is 3 or 4 years old, it doesn't look worn either :) When things are taken care of sometimes it's hard to tell

that 3 pack box looks old as sh1t to me tho

So they could be "old" cigars ? That's nice, no waiting 5 years to smoke them !!!

Judging by the band its probably a 2005-2006...they stopped that brown band in 2006...looks like you found a nice little score there Seb!

I thought the brown labels were from the Swiss market?

I dont know what you mean sigloIII...the brown labels on upmanns were from pre-1960 to 2006 according to trevors website, and Tempbond bought this 3 pack directly from cuba.

There is no specific "labels" or bands for the swiss market. I guess you're confusing with the excise band placed on every single cigar in the Benelux.
