Gleick's - The Information

Recommended Posts

I've been working my way through Gleick's big book and it's been thoroughly fascinating from a historical perspective as well as in regard to the concept of information. Has anyone else ready it? It's a beefy volume but quite accessible. Would like to discuss it with anyone who has.

Hmm, ironically enough I just used wikipedia to look up Gleick as I had not heard of him. Looks very interesting and I would hope explores what develops in societies where information 'floods'. Will need a little more time to respond Wilkey!
