Tremendous thanks to you Lisa for having tracked down a copy of Min Ron Nee's Encyclopaedia revised edition 2005. I received the package this morning and started reading it at my local LCDH while smoking a wonderful Bolivar Corona Extra of 2006 (strangely enough they still have half a box full of these now venerable smokes!). It was a truly magnificent experience (both the reading and the smoking).
